Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate orders for food and beverages using POS system
• Prepare and serve drinks efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist with food handling, serving, and catering events to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining high energy and positive attitude
• Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities and enhance guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights
• Follow all food safety regulations and proper alcohol serving procedures to promote responsible service

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts
• Experience in sales-driven environments with a focus on customer service excellence
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced hospitality environments with excellent communication skills
