Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate orders and transactions
• Take food and drink orders from guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making recommendations to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments with POS systems
• Assist with catering events, banquets or nightclub functions as needed, supporting event setup and breakdown
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices, checking IDs, monitoring guest consumption, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling techniques, and alcohol serving regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting
• Previous experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus; retail math knowledge is beneficial for accurate transactions
