Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, efficiently managing multiple tables or bar stations.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by handling food responsibly, adhering to proper food handling procedures, and ensuring a safe environment for all guests.
• Manage cash handling duties including cashiering, processing payments accurately, and balancing registers at the end of shifts.
• Support catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by serving food and beverages promptly while maintaining a lively atmosphere.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities seamlessly during busy hours.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; strong basic math skills are essential for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Experience in serving at banquets or catering events enhances your ability to adapt to diverse service environments.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques ensures compliance with health standards.
• A background in hospitality, brewing, or retail math demonstrates your versatility within the food industry.
