Bartenders and servers share in a tip pool that provides the majority of income.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks using POS systems like Toast POS.
• Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring prompt delivery while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management and prioritization.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and perform cashiering duties with integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
• Engage with guests proactively to upsell menu items, promote specials, and enhance sales opportunities.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability in sales techniques and customer service excellence.
• Experience in banquet service or catering environments enhances your ability to adapt to diverse service needs.
• Strong time management skills are essential for handling busy shifts efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices is required.
