Bartender - Server

We're seeking an experienced and responsible Bartender Server for our busy Bar. The ideal candidate will be involved in mixing and serving cocktails to customers, as well as serve food and drinks to our guests in the bar area. In addition, the Bartender must possess a thorough knowledge of common drink recipes and, ideally, have bar experience in a casual dining or fine dining restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers and take orders.
• Maintain a clean bar, dining room, and bathroom.
• Prepare drinks for customers.
• Stock bar with ingredients and tools.
• Greet customers and make recommendations based on menu selection.
• Complete cashiering duties at close of shift and during rush periods.
• Respond to customer complaints.
