Bartender / Server

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Take food orders accurately, relay them to the kitchen via POS, and deliver dishes promptly while maintaining excellent customer engagement.
• Manage POS systems (Skytab) for order processing, payments, and cash handling with precision.
• Provide attentive customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, upsell/add ons, and offering recommendations and dessert.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety and company standards.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, perform basic math calculations for bills and tips, and ensure accurate cashiering procedures.
• Keep bar area stocked and organized and other relative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments as a BARTENDER with at least 1 year experience basic bartending experience or equivialent BARTENDER CERTIFICATION
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards handling multiple groups at a time.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations and ID checking to ensure compliance at all times. An active ServSafe On-Premise Alcohol Certificate will be required to have or obtain within 30 days.
• Ability to perform basic retail math accurately for cash handling, billing, and sales transactions.

COMPENSATION: $8 per hour (Hourly Base) + Nightly Earned Tips
