Salary Range: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Commission

• Prior years of bartending, serving, or hospitality experience
• Ability to verify IDs and comply with all alcohol service regulations
• Ability to monitor guest behavior and practice responsible alcohol service
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail

• Craft cocktails according to recipes and guest preferences
• Welcome guests and create a fun, engaging atmosphere
• Take food and beverage orders and provide exceptional service
• Serve bar guests, high-top tables, and assist with drink orders for servers
• Maintain inventory and stock bar supplies
• Prepare garnishes, mixers, and batch cocktails before and after shifts
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar and service areas
