We are looking for a Bartender/Server to join our team at Aurelio's. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating great drinks, providing excellent guest service, and working in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Doing

Crafting Drinks

• Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare drink orders while maintaining quality, consistency, and responsible alcohol service standards.

Guest Service

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests seated in the bar area.
• Provide friendly, attentive service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Answer questions, make menu recommendations, and ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Maintaining the Bar Area

• Keep the bar area clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service.
• Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist with maintaining a sanitary work environment.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Teamwork & Operations

• Work closely with kitchen staff and team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Process orders, handle cash and credit card transactions, and manage tabs accurately.
• Verify identification for alcoholic beverage purchases in accordance with state and local laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• At least one year of bartending experience is preferred.
• Previous serving experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• BASSET certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience with Toast POS is a plus, but not required.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
