Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate cash register and handle customer payments
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Ensure compliance with all food handling and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
- Assist with catering events, banquets, and special functions as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food service and retail math calculations
- Familiarity with operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages is a plus
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
