Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $17.13 – per hour + Tips.
• Tips: 2% processing fee applies to credit card tips only.
• Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Pay.
• Job Type: Full-Time.

The Role We are seeking experienced professionals for high-volume service in our dining room and bar. We are looking for qualified team players who want to grow with our family-owned business.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Licensing: Current M.A.S.T. permit (or ability to obtain) and Food Handler’s permit.
• Availability: Full-time. Weekends and holidays are mandatory.
• Culture: Professional, positive, and drama-free. Clear communication with managers and kitchen staff is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert full-service dining and bar service.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation (tables, shelves, refrigeration).
• Restock and clean as necessary for seamless operations.
