Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining or nightclub settings. You will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience while adhering to food safety and handling standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor and supplies.
• Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
• Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure timely service.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines while handling food and beverages.
• Assist with banquet services or catering events as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tips.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure setting.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to engage guests.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
• Experience in brewing or knowledge of various beverage types is advantageous.
