Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Take food orders accurately, deliver them promptly, and provide attentive customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Assist with barback duties such as restocking supplies, cleaning bar areas, and ensuring all equipment is in excellent working condition.
• Enforce venue policies related to safety, responsible alcohol service, and crowd control to maintain a secure environment.
• Monitor guest behavior proactively, respond swiftly to any issues or conflicts, and coordinate with security personnel when necessary.
• Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
• Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols in compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as bartending, serving, or barback work; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient sales transactions.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks smoothly during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, retail math tasks, and order totals accurately.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift supplies safely, and perform security duties when required.
• Additional skills such as catering experience, banquet service background, or retail math proficiency are advantageous.
