We are opening a brand-new Modern American Tavern concept focused on elevated comfort food, a curated beverage program, and a community-first atmosphere. We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our founding team and help us build something special from the ground up.
Who You Are You aren’t just a "order taker"—you are a hospitality pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You understand that a great tavern is built on regulars, and you have the personality and skill set to keep guests coming back.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or bar.
- Beverage IQ: Strong foundational knowledge of spirits, craft beer, and wine. You should be comfortable making recommendations and describing flavor profiles.
- Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with Toast POS is a major plus.
- Problem Solvers: You stay calm under pressure and can think on your feet when the "unexpected" happens.
- Professionalism: A positive, team-first attitude and a polished appearance.
- Flexibility: Must have a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
