Pieri Hospitality Group in Conshohocken PA is hiring experienced Servers and Bartenders to join our dynamic team. We operate three full-service restaurants: Bar Lucca, Bar Sera and The Stone Rose, as well as our own Farm & Vineyard in Bucks County and a growing catering division. Exciting growth ahead, including a new Wine Garden opening in 2026.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced, upscale-casual environment
• Represent our scratch kitchens and seasonal, farm-to-table menus sourced from our Bucks County farm
• Craft cocktails, pour wines/beers, provide recommendations, and deliver high-volume service
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere while upholding sustainability practices

Who We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of recent server or bartender experience in a full-service restaurant (fine dining, upscale casual, or high-volume preferred)
• Passion for food, craft cocktails, wine, and sustainable sourcing
• Strong guest connection skills - charismatic, attentive, and able to build rapport
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and reliability
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment (multi-tasking, composure under pressure)
• Knowledge of classic/modern cocktails, beer/wine service; RAMP certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation to Conshohocken locations
