Pieri Hospitality Group is seeking experienced hospitality professionals to join our growing team.

Our portfolio includes Bar Lucca, Bar Sera, The StoneRose, Pieri Farm, Pieri Winery, and a rapidly expanding catering division, with our newest concept, Pieri Wine Garden, opening soon.

We're looking for service professionals who are passionate about hospitality, food, wine, cocktails, and creating memorable guest experiences. Whether your strengths are behind the bar, on the dining room floor, or both, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable guest experiences
• Guide guests through food, wine, beer, and cocktail selections with confidence
• Execute service standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Build genuine connections with guests and create regulars
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of recent experience as a server, bartender, or both in a full-service restaurant
• Strong hospitality mindset and genuine passion for guest service
• Interest in food, wine, cocktails, and beverage education
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to remain composed and organized during busy services
• Knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and classic cocktails preferred
• RAMP certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation
