Duties
- Greet guests warmly as a host, manage reservations, and seat customers efficiently to ensure smooth flow of service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Take accurate food and drink orders, recommend menu items, and upsell to enhance guest experience and sales
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by handling food responsibly and adhering to proper food handling procedures
- Manage cash handling duties accurately, process payments through POS systems, and perform cashiering tasks with attention to detail
- Provide attentive customer service by addressing guest needs promptly, resolving issues professionally, and ensuring satisfaction
- Assist with banquet or catering events when needed, supporting large groups with seamless service in busy settings such as nightclubs or event spaces
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality roles is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or reservations efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting involving brewing or nightlife environments
