Kelli Jo's Sports pub in Ashville is looking for reliable, friendly bartenders and wait staff to join our team.

We're a growing local pub with a refreshed food menu, a steady regular crowd, and a push toward better service, better food and a more welcoming community atmosphere. We need people who can handle a fast-paced bar environment while still making guests feel at home.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with a positive attitude
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Run food, check tables, and help maintain service flow
• Make drinks and handle bar service, if bartending
• Keep work areas clean and stocked
• Work well with kitchen staff and other team members
• Show up on time and be dependable

Ideal Candidate:

• Friendly professional and calm under pressure
• Experience preferred, but we'll train the right person
• Must be dependable and work evenings/weekends
• Bartenders must be comfortable with basic mixed drinks and responsible alcohol service
• Team-first attitude is a must

Schedule:

Part-time and full-time hours available. Evening and weekend availability preferred.

Pay:

Hourly pay plus tips, based on position and experience.

We are looking for people who want to grow with us, take care of our guests, and be part of building something better for the community.

Pay: From $5.50 per hour
