Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options using POS systems to ensure accurate orders and transactions.
• Provide attentive table service in both bar and dining areas, ensuring guests’ needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Handle food safety and food handling procedures diligently to maintain hygiene standards in all aspects of food service.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately during shifts, including processing payments with POS systems.
• Assist customers with retail purchases by providing product knowledge, upselling items, and maintaining organized displays.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Support event setups such as banquets or catering functions by preparing serving stations and assisting with food presentation.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently during busy hours in nightclub or restaurant settings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as restaurant work, fine dining, nightclub service, or catering is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with food service POS systems like SkyTab or Toast is advantageous for efficient order processing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests and retail customers.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and managing tabs accurately.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments requiring excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
