Position Overview

We are looking for professional, high-energy Bartenders and Servers who thrive in a fast-paced, upscale environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, guest-focused, and takes pride in delivering top-tier service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, polished service to all guests
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, sushi offerings, and beverage program
• Execute proper steps of service (greeting, timing, pre-bussing, table maintenance)
• Prepare and serve craft cocktails (bartenders) with consistency and accuracy
• Upsell premium food, sake, wine, and spirits
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and team members

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a restaurant (upscale preferred)
• Strong communication and hospitality mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
• Knowledge of wine, sake, and spirits is a plus
• TABC & Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
