Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, ensuring adherence to all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards
• Take accurate orders from guests using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff
• Provide attentive customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following food handling and safety protocols
• Assist in setting up banquet or catering events, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages in various settings including nightclubs or special events
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables or bar patrons without compromising quality or speed

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender or server in a food service environment, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude and positive approach
• Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately using retail math skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Experience working in banquet settings, catering, or food industry environments is a plus
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
• Basic math proficiency for cash transactions, bill splitting, and sales calculations
