Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and deliver prompt service to guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their experience.
  • Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations for transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Support catering, banquet events, or nightclub functions by serving food and drinks seamlessly in high-volume settings.
  • Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, anticipate requests, and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles such as restaurant experience, fine dining experience, or nightclub serving is preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving protocols.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and retail math tasks accurately.
  • Previous banquet experience or catering background is a plus but not required.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
