Bartender / Shift Manager

We are looking for a skilled, personable, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team! The ideal
candidate is passionate about craft cocktails, knowledgeable about wine and spirits, and committed to
delivering exceptional guest experiences in a refined setting.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and speciality beverages with consistency and precision
• Provide warm, engaging service to bar guests and lounge patrons
• Offer knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, spirits, and wine pairings
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service
• Create a welcoming bar atmosphere with attentive, polished hospitality
• Follow all recipes, safety guidelines, and responsible alcohol service protocols
• Collaborate with servers and support staff to ensure smooth services
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service standards
• Operate POS systems for order processing and payment transactions
• Handle cash and digital payments accurately

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience required; fine dining or craft cocktail experience strongly

preferred

• Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, wine and mixology techniques
• Excellent communication and guest-relation skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
• Evening and weekend availability required
