Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote repeat business.
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to food safety and responsible serving practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Follow all food safety regulations related to food handling and beverage service to ensure guest safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role; nightclub or banquet experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices.
• Basic math skills for sales transactions, retail math calculations, and cash handling accuracy.
• Experience in fine dining environments or the food industry is preferred; retail math knowledge is a plus.

Pay: $23.05 - $27.75 per hour
