Bartender - The Tides Beach Club

Looking for an ocean view with your next opportunity? Join the team at The Tides Beach Club, one of Kennebunkport’s most iconic seaside destinations. We’re searching for an enthusiastic and service-driven Bartender to bring energy, professionalism, and craft cocktail skills to our beachfront bar.

At Tides, our bar is the heart of the guest experience—welcoming visitors from near and far with garden-inspired cocktails, fresh local seafood, and laid-back coastal elegance. As a Bartender, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, memorable experience for every guest who pulls up a seat.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Must know how to prioritize, delegate and respond in a timely fashion
• Able to work under pressure, multi-task, and stay focused with constant interruptions
• Can speak candidly and knowledgeably about KRC programming and offerings
• Understanding of hotel restaurant operations; food and beverage knowledge, steps of service, and cash management as it pertains to the selling of food and beverages
• Responsible for maintaining exceptional service levels for all events
• Must continually strive for sales growth by having ongoing knowledge of all current menus
• Be perceptive, proactive, and engaging. Anticipate your guest’s needs
• Personalize the guest experience when possible; remember your guest and their requests
• Proactively relay all customer interactions and complaints
• Set the tone for success with a positive attitude and sincere enthusiasm
• Engaging in clear, consistent communications with leadership and restaurant staff
• Ensure that each customer is served efficiently and effectively
• Must be a good example while working alongside team members
• Be able to communicate restaurant and hotel promotions, local attractions, and points of interest
