BARTENDER & WAITSTAFF — NOW HIRING Full-time & Part-time | On-site | Competitive Pay + Tips

We're looking for energetic, service-minded individuals to join our front-of-house team. Whether you're behind the bar or on the floor, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences every shift.

BARTENDER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Take drink orders from guests and waitstaff
• Verify IDs and enforce responsible alcohol service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Monitor bar inventory and notify management of low stock
• Process payments and operate the POS system
• Build guest rapport to encourage repeat business
• Comply with all liquor laws and health/safety regulations

WAITSTAFF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests, present menus, and explain daily specials
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay to kitchen/bar
• Serve food and beverages promptly; check on guests throughout the meal
• Upsell appetizers, desserts, and premium beverages
• Process payments including cash, card, and split bills
• Clear and reset tables efficiently
• Communicate with kitchen staff regarding allergies and substitutions
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

ALL TEAM MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED TO:

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally
• Work as part of a team during busy service periods
• Follow all opening and closing procedures
• Comply with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
