Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving practices and prevent over-intoxication
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and other essentials promptly during shifts
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments with knowledge of food handling and safety protocols
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly without sacrificing quality
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totals
• Knowledge of food industry standards related to serving alcohol responsibly and food safety regulations
• Experience in food service environments is highly desirable
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as large gatherings
