Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately, ensuring the highest quality standards are met at all times
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management proactively
• Adhere to all food safety regulations, including proper food handling and responsible alcohol service practices
• Collaborate with catering staff during wedding events to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender within a fine dining environment
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions professionally
• Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy events effectively
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations
• Previous experience working in high end hospitality settings like restaurants, or venues is highly desirable
