Custom House Restaurant Group is opening a new full-service restaurant in Shell Beach serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We are seeking bartenders who enjoy interacting with guests and creating a welcoming bar experience while maintaining efficiency during busy service periods.
We provide full coverage for required Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) training and certification. Training time and certification costs are covered in accordance with company policy and California requirements.
Responsibilities
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Provide friendly and attentive service to bar guests
Take beverage and bar food orders
Enter orders into the POS system
Maintain bar cleanliness and organization
Check identification to verify legal drinking age
Restock bar inventory and supplies
Work with the team to maintain a smooth guest experience

Requirements:
Previous bartending experience required
Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine
Strong communication and guest service skills
Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods
Positive and team-oriented attitude
Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to obtain and maintain California Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service Certification
