Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair.
• Perform entertaining flair bartending routines to engage guests and elevate the bar experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking.
• Ensure all food safety standards are met by practicing proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any special requests or concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, glassware, utensils, and equipment throughout your shift.
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions as needed to support overall operations.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods using strong time management skills to serve multiple guests seamlessly.
• Upsell beverages and promote specials to increase sales while creating a lively atmosphere.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or fine dining establishments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in food service or hospitality settings; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to perform flair bartending routines confidently and safely.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
• Ability to multitask effectively in high-energy environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus; retail math knowledge is beneficial too.
• A passion for brewing or the food industry combined with solid time management skills will set you apart.
