Brine Oyster House is a neighborhood favorite known for exceptional food and refined service, delivered without pretense. We’re seeking an experienced bartender who can also step into a server role when needed, someone confident with classic technique, curious about beverage origins, and committed to thoughtful hospitality.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, engages guests with warmth and professionalism, and understands the rhythm of both the bar and the dining room. Pay rate reflects hourly wage and the inclusion of gratuity.

Responsibilities

• Make cocktails and pour wine and beer with accuracy.
• Engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine interest.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
• Communicate clearly with servers, kitchen, and management.
• Follow recipes and service standards consistently.
• Support the overall flow of the dining room when needed.
• Provide table service as needed: take orders, deliver food, and guide guests through the menu.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service and a strong work ethic.

Schedule

Primarily Friday and Saturday, 3:30pm–11:00pm

Additional shifts may be available Wednesday and Thursday, 4:00pm–9:30pm

Job Type: Part-time

Base Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
