Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Provide attentive table service in restaurant and banquet settings, anticipating guest needs and delivering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
• Assist with catering events and banquet setups, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high service standards.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills by balancing multiple tables or event responsibilities seamlessly.
• Engage with guests positively, promoting sales through friendly interactions and product knowledge.
• Support nightclub or bar operations by mixing drinks efficiently, managing bar inventory, and ensuring responsible alcohol service.

Experience

• Prior experience in a country club atmosphere is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing.
• Experience working in banquet settings or catering environments demonstrates versatility and adaptability.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is essential for maintaining safety standards.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
