Bartender/Barback

In search of a high energy bartender or barback to work in a fast paced environment at the most exciting entertainment complex at Lake of the Ozarks. We are a high volume location and we have multiple bars including our Sky Bar, Pool Bar, Banquet Bar, and our Main Bar. Weekend availability and holidays are required. We are open year round and do provide on the job training!

Must be reliable, adaptable, coachable, team oriented, and guest driven.

Pay: Hourly Wage + Tips

Duties:
- Greet customers and take their orders promptly
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Recommend drink selections based on customers' preferences
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Restock supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience as a Bartender in the food service or hospitality industry
- Strong bartending skills, including the ability to mix and garnish drinks according to recipes or customer preferences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Outstanding time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
