Bartender/Barista

Experience the charm of New Orleans by becoming a part of the team at The Marsh Hotel, a prestigious 24-room boutique hotel nestled in the vibrant heart of the Garden District in Uptown New Orleans, Louisiana. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Bartender/Barista to join our bar and coffee shop team.

Position Details:

• Shifts: 2-3 shifts per week, primarily from 3 PM to 11 PM.
• Availability: Must be available on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. Additional day shifts and overnight shifts may be available during peak events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft delicious coffee and cocktail beverages following our unique recipes.
• Provide exceptional service by checking guests in and out of their rooms upon arrival and departure. Using our property management software (little Hotiler )
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the coffee shop area.

Compensation:

• Competitive pay ranging from $12 to $14 per hour, plus tips.
• Tips typically range from an additional $4 to $8 per hour, making the average total earnings between $18 and $22 per hour, including tips.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a bar or coffee shop setting is preferred but not required; we are happy to train the right candidate.
• Must have specific availability from 3 PM to 11 PM.
