Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including wine based cocktails, coffee drinks, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Clover POS , handling cash and card transactions efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and coffee station, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols.
• Engage with guests to provide friendly, attentive service that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management skills during busy shifts, including serving food and beverages at a fast pace.
• Assist in catering events or banquet settings when needed, supporting large groups with professionalism.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks, supplies, and ingredients; restock as necessary to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or retail math is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Clover POS systems; proficiency in cash handling and cashiering is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to connect with diverse guests.
• Ability to manage time effectively in high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, basic math skills for transactions, and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience working in hospitality settings like nightclubs or banquet events is advantageous.
• Must be 18 years or older with the ability to serve alcohol where applicable; valid certifications in food safety are preferred.
