Position Overview:
We are seeking versatile and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Bartender / Barista / Servers for the new upstairs space. In this multi-faceted role, you will craft both cocktails and coffee, while providing top-notch table service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

This is a heavily tipped position with excellent earning potential for those who bring great energy, efficiency, and hospitality to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bartending: Prepare and serve a wide range of craft cocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages in compliance with recipes and presentation standards.
• Barista Duties: Brew specialty espresso drinks (using a two group head La Marzocco espresso machine) with attention to detail and quality.
• Serving: Take customer orders, deliver food and drinks promptly, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to all guests.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep bar, espresso station, and service areas clean and organized.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen, front-of-house, and management teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender, barista, or server (experience in more than one area is a plus!)
• Knowledge of craft cocktails and espresso preparation preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Must be 21+ to serve alcohol.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
