Bartender/Bayserver

Golfinity is designed as a social and performance-driven golf venue featuring simulator bays, food and beverage service, and private events, so this role goes beyond traditional bartending.

As a bartender, responsibilities include preparing and serving craft cocktails, beer, and other beverages while maintaining a clean, organized bar area and delivering fast, friendly service. The role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.

As a bay server, the position shifts into a more interactive, guest-facing service role. Team members are responsible for greeting guests, assisting them with their simulator bay setup, explaining how the technology works, and ensuring their experience runs smoothly from start to finish. This includes taking and delivering food and drink orders directly to bays, monitoring guest needs during play, and maintaining cleanliness and organization across the bays. Golfinity emphasizes a social, community-driven environment with food, drinks, and interactive golf experiences happening simultaneously.

This role also supports events, leagues, and group outings, requiring the ability to handle high-volume service while maintaining a personalized, elevated experience.
