Bartender/Beverage Cart

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a solid understanding of food and beverage service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and ensuring that patrons have an enjoyable experience at our establishment. As a Beverage Cart Driver, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails to members on a golf course in a timely manner while maintaining/following golf etiquette.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register, including processing payments and giving change.
• Monitor customer consumption to ensure responsible service of alcohol.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking drink supplies and placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations within the bar environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety practices related to beverage preparation and service.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using cash registers.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus, along with an understanding of various drink recipes.
