Bartender/Breakfast / Server Part Time

Job Summary

Inventory, Ordering and Scheduling skills required, Must have active Milwaukee county Bar License.
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for order processing and payment handling.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering new products.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Manage time effectively during peak hours to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order management.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is a plus.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Experience in nightclub or bar settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must possess valid food handling certification as required by local regulations.
