Job Summary

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, utilizing POS systems such as Clover POS to process orders efficiently.
• Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, including processing payments and providing correct change using retail math skills.
• Maintain food safety and food handling standards by adhering to health regulations and proper sanitation procedures.
• Provide exceptional service in various settings, including fine dining restaurants, nightclubs, banquet events, and catering functions.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleanup of service areas; ensure cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Demonstrate effective time management to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while delivering attentive service.

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems such as Clover POS for order entry and payment processing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Experience in fine dining environments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and proper serving techniques.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for billing, tips, and inventory management accurately.
