Smith’s Kitchen is growing — and we’re officially expanding into our newest experience with the launch of our bar and upscale outdoor atmosphere. We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and people-friendly Bartender/Cashiers to join one of the most talked-about food spots in Arkansas.

This is more than just pouring drinks. We want somebody who can bring good energy, handle pressure during busy rushes, connect with customers, and help create a fun, welcoming environment for our community.

At Smith’s Kitchen, we’re known for long lines, high energy, great food, and loyal customers who come from all over Arkansas. As we introduce alcohol service for the first time, we’re looking for team members who want to grow with us and help create a next-level customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Verify customer IDs and follow Arkansas alcohol laws
• Operate POS/cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Restock inventory and assist with opening/closing duties
• Communicate with kitchen and staff during high-volume rushes
• Help create a positive, upbeat atmosphere for guests

Qualifications

• Bartending or customer service experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to multitask under pressure
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
• Weekend availability required
• Must be 21+ years old
