Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and proper food safety standards during food handling and beverage preparation
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashing out guests and balancing registers at shift end
• Monitor guest consumption levels responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours, including catering or banquet events if applicable

Experience

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality roles, or nightclub environments
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Proven customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle challenging situations gracefully
• Experience with serving alcohol responsibly, food safety protocols, and food handling procedures
• Knowledge of retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions
• Previous bartending and barista experience is a plus; familiarity with the food industry enhances your ability to succeed in this role

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
