Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and signature cocktails, with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, lively manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Toast POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and policies
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate food and beverage delivery during busy hours or special events like banquets or nightclub nights

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality, preferably in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS; experience with cashiering is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs gracefully
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding alcohol laws and regulations
• Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques including brewing or bartending skills preferred

Pay: $21.62 - $26.04 per hour
