Join the staff with the best craft cocktail recipes in Aberdeen, SD - Three22 Kitchen + Cocktails. We are looking to expand our staff. Do you have bartender or cocktailing experience? We want you! Our staff is a close knit group who loves to serve our guests some of the cocktails Aberdeen has to offer. If you are able to thrive in a fast pace environment, work as a team and and have great customer service, we will train you to our standards. Evening bartenders have a $2 shift differential pay during night hours, plus great tips and tip-out wages.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, take orders and serve menu items and build craft cocktails!
• This is a fast paced high volume cocktail restaurant, you must be able to multi-task and think on your feet
• Assess customers’ needs and make recommendations
• Greet guests with a warm and inviting presence and make them feel comfortable in our establishment
• End of shift cleaning duties as assigned; everyone works as a team
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies throughout shift
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

Skills

• Strong knowledge of menu items and current drink offerings
• Computer literacy - MICROS
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as a team to create a positive guest experience

Summary

Your relevant experience in nightclub and banquet settings, along with your proficiency in Aloha and Micros POS systems, will further enhance your ability to thrive in this dynamic role. Qualifications
- Bartending experience in a restaurant setting
- Proficiency with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in creating craft cocktails
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to handle cash register

Pay: From $6.00 per hour
