Bartender/Cook

Job Overview
Join our team as a Bartender/Cook position. Must have excellent customer service skills, presentable, clean appearance , and be willing to work independently as well as with others. Experience preferred, but not require. We will provide training.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and beers
• Use a POS system to process orders efficiently.
• Cook and assemble menu items with precision, ensuring quality standards are met for both bar snacks and full meals. (Only if you apply for cook position)
• Manage multiple responsibilities such as cash handling, cashiering, paper games, and food safety compliance to maintain smooth operations.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and answering questions to the best of your ability.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food handling and food safety protocols at all times
• Serve both bar and table customers in the lounge
• Complete assigned opening and closing duties including restocking for the next shift
