NOW HIRING – Bartender & Grill/Fry Cook

Bartender Responsibilities:

✅ Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
✅ Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries promptly.
✅ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
✅ Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
✅ Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
✅ Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when applicable, ensuring timely service for guests.
✅ Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies, reporting any shortages as needed.
✅ Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with local regulations within the food industry.

Grill/Fry Cook Responsibilities:

✅ Operate grills, fryers, and other cooking equipment efficiently.
✅ Prepare and cook burgers, steaks, chicken, seafood, and other grilled or fried items to perfection.
✅ Monitor food temperatures and ensure proper cooking times for high-quality meals.
✅ Maintain fryer oil quality and cleanliness for optimal food preparation.
✅ Manage multiple orders in a fast-paced kitchen while ensuring food is prepared to order.
✅ Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
✅ Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure timely and accurate food service.

Qualifications:

✔ Proven experience as a Bartender, Grill Cook, or Fry Cook in the hospitality or food industry is preferred.
✔ Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
✔ Basic math skills for handling transactions and accurately measuring ingredients.
✔ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and food preparation is a plus.
✔ Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local laws and regulations.
✔ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
