Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high quality cocktails with consistency, creativity, and attention to detail
• Create a fun, welcoming, and energetic atmosphere for guests
• Host and assist with interactive mixology classes and cocktail experiences
• Provide exceptional hospitality and build genuine connections with guests
• Lead by example in professionalism, teamwork, and customer experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment
• Assist with opening and closing bar setup as needed
• Share knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and menu offerings with guests
• Help contribute ideas, energy, and creativity to a growing brand and team culture

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous bartending or mixology experience required
• Craft cocktail experience preferred
• Lead bartending or hospitality leadership experience is a plus
• Strong communication and people skills
• Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and great energy
• Comfortable engaging with groups and creating a fun guest experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
• Must be reliable, professional, and personable
• TABC Certification required

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
