Bartender/Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked.
• Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through cash register systems.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and manage stock efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for patrons at the bar.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling guidelines.
• Participate in promotional events or catering services as needed.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS systems is a plus.
• Experience in the food industry or retail math skills will be beneficial.
• Knowledge of catering services or nightclub environments can enhance your candidacy.
• Strong cash handling skills and ability to operate a cash register effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and sales techniques.

Pay: $13.99 - $16.24 per hour
