Bartender/Manager/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender and servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. as well as opening and closing duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with patrons.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures, including operating POS systems.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $4.74 - $15.00 per hour
