Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic, fun, and experienced bartenders to join our dynamic team. As a bartender, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while crafting high-quality cocktails in a vibrant, historic setting. JOB REQUIRES BARTENDING LISCENCE AND MEDICAL CERTIFICATE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with standard recipes.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and engaging attitude.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu offerings, including signature cocktails, beer, and wine selections.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with bar inventory, restocking supplies, and ensuring product availability.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume or upscale setting. Minimum 2 years in the industry.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, mixology techniques, and bar operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• A passion for hospitality and a strong work ethic.
• Must meet the minimum legal age to serve alcohol.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
