We’re looking for bartenders to join Mt Airy Lanes—and this is not just a bowling alley bar.
We create a full, memorable experience for our guests—one that turns moments into memories and keeps people coming back for life.

Our bar program is built on hospitality, connection, creativity, and pride in the craft. For the right candidates, there is opportunity for growth and potential placement at Off Center, our highly popular, speakeasy-style outdoor bourbon bar, based on performance and experience.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver an elevated, welcoming guest experience rooted in genuine hospitality
• Prepare classic and creative cocktails with consistency and care
• Engage guests through conversation, recommendations, and service that feels personal
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar environment
• Work as part of a strong, supportive team focused on excellence
• Uphold all responsible alcohol service standards

What We’re Looking For

• Bartending experience preferred
• Mixology skills a bonus (especially bourbon, whiskey, and classic cocktails)
• A great attitude, confidence behind the bar, and a natural connection with people
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• A desire to grow—not just work shifts
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, experience-driven environment
